- Age Policy: You must be 18+ to independently comission me. Upon a commission request, along with the document asking for a signature to confirm you agree to the TOS, you will also be expected to provide me with a picture of your ID. You can blur out your address and the state you live in, but I must be able to see your picture, and your birthdate. For me to confirm that it is your ID, you also need to have a slip of paper next to it with whatever username you have that you contacted me with, and the date of which the picture is taken. I ensure your confidentiality, so your id will not be shared with anyone else in any scenario.
- Portfolio Rights: I have the right to feature your website and any website I create in my portfolio that is on this website. If you REALLY do not want me to do this I understand, you will be charged an extra $100 to ensure that your website has no connection with me.
- Watermark Policy: I DO NOT HAVE A WATERMARK. The website I build for you is yours and yours alone.
- Payment Plans: I do accept payment plane. If you decide to go this route, I will expect half of the payment to me made up front, and then the other half to be provided before I send you the final version of the template.
- NSFW Content: Your website can host NSFW content as long as you are 18+. Your website will then feature a simple age verification, similar to porn sites, to where a user must say they are above the age of 18 before viewing your website entirely.
- Offensive Content: I will absolutely not include any offensive content whatsoever. Failure to understand this will result in immediate commission termination, and you will only recieve a 50% refund.
- Termination: I reserve the right to terminate projects for severe TOS violations. If you decide to independently update your website to host any offensive content I will not really do anything other than remove your website from my portfolio, and any content I created along with your website. If you independently update your website to host any illegal content I will follow the same process as well as immediately reporting you to the authorities.
- Content Creation: I have the right to create content surrounding the creation of your website unless you paid the $100 fee to not include your website on my portfolio.
- Client Workmanship: This process is a two way street. Your collaboration is required and you will not be reimbursed for hours put into communicating with me. THAT BEING SAID, you will not be responsible for any of the back end developement, (coding and stuff).
- Trades? Yes I do accept trades! A trade with me requires something created from you of equal or higher value than the website that I create!
